Loyfa Natural Resort is found at Sri Thanu on the western coast of Koh Phangan. Loyfa boasts a private beach with a range of both luxury and budget accommodation that stretches from the shoreline to the crest of the hilltop. The resort was formerly known as Loyfa Bungalows.

There are over twenty cottages, villas & bungalows at Loyfa Natural Resort in nine different categories that range from VIP beach bungalows to enchanting beach cottages and family villas with two bedrooms and large covered terraces that bring the outside inside. The villas are from 60 - 100 square meters in size including the bedroom and terrace areas. The new cottages and villas have thatched roofs and give the resort a truly tropical feel. All rooms offer excellent positioning and ocean views. The Sri Thanu area is a volcanic peninsula that juts out into the coral reef allowing guests fantastic swimming and superb views over the bay. Loyfa Natural Resort is a haven for birds which can be observed by the side of the restaurant throughout the day and particularly at low tide when their fishing trips begin. Minor birds nest in the thatched roofs and smaller members of the humming bird family hover to drink the nectar of the flowers in the trees. Schools of fish seek food in the shallows allowing guests to observe the marine life without even having to enter the welcoming waters.

Loyfa is found within a few minutes walk of of Sri Thanu village which has shops, cash points and restaurants to visit. The main capital of the Island is ten minutes by taxi and other beaches such as Haad Yao and Haad Chao Phao are ten minutes in the opposite direction. Sri Thanu is a very good central location on the western coast.
